prototype tower assembly is a very traditional but effective way to inspect whether the detail drawing is correct.   In some cases, clients still want to do prototype tower assembly to ensure the detail drawing and fabrication is OK. Hence, we still provide prototype tower assembly service for free to customers. In prototype tower assembly service, X.Y. Tower makes commitment: • For each member, the length, position of holes and interface with other members will be checked accurately for proper fitness; • Quantity of each member and bolts will be carefully checked from the bill of materials when assembling the prototype; • Drawings and bill of materials, sizes of bolts, fillers etc. will be revised if any mistake is found.X.Y. Tower make a commitment that the products we provide are complied with bid documents, the clients’ drawing and other requirements of clients. We would NOT change anything without     instructions of clients. If our products are NOT complied the technical requirements, all potential loss is ours. We commit that all the raw material is from big steel mill and we will do inspection to Every batch. All the key fabrications and hot dip galvanized process are carefully superviseed by quality control department. We commit that once there are any products with flaw are found by anyone, we will scrap these products directly without any hesitation.   Quality is a journey and not a destination. We strictly inspect the process from the raw material purchasing to the final shipment and all steps are in charge by professional technicians. The production workers and QC engineers sign the Quality Assurance Letter with company. They promise they will be responsible to their job and products they manufacture should be quality. X.Y. Tower values the quality of our products very much. Here, we make a promise: 1. The products of our factory are strict accordance with customer’ requirements and national standard GB/T2694-2018《Technical Conditions for Manufacturing Transmission Line Towers》,DL/T646-1998《Technical Conditions for Manufacturing Transmission Line Steel Pipe Poles》and ISO9001 -2015 quality management system.  2. For the special requirements of the clients, the technical department of our factory will make drawings for customers. The customer should confirm the drawing and technical information are correct or not, then the production process shall be taken. 3. The quality of raw materials is significant for the towers. X.Y. Tower purchases raw materials from well-established companies and state-own companies. We also do physical and chemical experiment of the raw materials to make sure that the quality of raw materials must meet national standards or requirements of client. All the raw material of our company has product qualification certificate from steel- make company, while we make a detail record about where the raw material of product come from.

X.Y. Tower has a very strict test protocol to ensure all products we fabricate is quality. The following process is applied in our production flow. Sections and Plates 1. Chemical composition (Ladle Analysis) 2. Tensile Tests 3. Bend Tests Nuts and Bolts 1. Proof Load test 2. Ultimate Tensile Strength test 3. Ultimate tensile strength test under eccentric load 4. Cold bend test 5. Hardness test 6. Galvanizing test All the test data are recorded and will be reported to the management. If any flaws are found, the product will be repaired or scraped directly.
